Make a folder named "Mods" (if it doesn't exist) and stick them in there, or stick them in XCOM2 WaroftheChosen if they're DLC mods. Then copy paste the mods to your Xcom 2 folder. From Program Files>steam>steamapps>workshop>content>find the right folder for Xcom 2 (it'll be random numbers)>find the mods from that folder.
